By the time you start reading this I am hoping to have completed the purchase of Foxwell Lane. Built by Mike Denwood (Worthing Model Railway Club), this will be the first time I have had a layout to run my stock on since Cyffanhedd, which I built twelve years ago.
Mike built Foxwell Lane as an MPD in 2018; it features one triple point and one other point, so operation is relatively simple. The scenic board is a 5′ long by 1′ wide lightweight board from Tim Horn Baseboards. The fiddleyard consists of a 3′ long sector plate and was built by Mark Butcher.
The layout is operated using an existing DCC system. My purchase does not include the Gaugemaster system owned by Mike, however, this will be an opportunity to try the YaMorc and ROCO Maus I acquired during Covid. As time goes on, I also hope to use some of the DigiKeijs electronic kit I own to make the operation slightly more computer-based.
I will aim to add pictures of various stock and projects that I am working on, hopefully with the aim of taking Foxwell Lane on the road again.

Rumour has it that Foxwell Lane might make an appearance, alongside Wells Green TMD, at DEMU in either 2025 or 2026!
